WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR
This course is suitable for anyone who works with children who have experienced developmental trauma. 
We recommend that participants attend the'Introduction to the BUSS Model' webinar prior to the course.

Sarah Lloyd is a Specialist Occupational Therapist and Author of the BUSS Model. Sarah has published 2 books: Improving Sensory Processing in Traumatised Children (2016) and Building Sensorimotor Systems in Children with Developmental Trauma (2020).
Dr Julie Franklin is Director of Research and Development for the BUSS Model and is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology specialising in the assessment and treatment of individuals with psychological difficulties.Jules has worked for over 27 years as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in the NHS in Leeds and London, specialising primarily in child and adolescent mental health. She has worked in community CAMHS teams,child development, paediatric and health psychology.
Vicky, Lindsey and Ruth are adoptive parents who have experience using the BUSS Model with their own children. They make up our Parent Mentor team and are involved in BUSS training, as well as supporting families through the BUSS programme.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled 10 or less working days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. Registration cancelled more than 10 working days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registrations fees. The remaining 20% of the fee contributes to bank fees and administration costs incurred. Transferring your place to another individual does not cost any additional fees, however we request that this is confirmed by email in advance of the event.
