RETURNS POLICY

NB: ALL returns must be agreed by us before sending it back. Please use the contact page on our website.


Incorrect Item Delivered/ Item Not As Described/ Item Was Damaged
We will replace the product if available, or arrange a refund free of charge. Evidence will be required, and we may request the item be returned to us in order for us to process a claim with our supplier / courier if necessary. We will only refund original postage costs in the event of an error by us, or in the case of damage. In case of an error by us or damage we will also refund reasonable costs incurred in sending them back to us.

Item Did Not Arrive
You're eligible for a replacement or full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your item hasn't arrived as of the Estimated Delivery Date, up until 30 days past. If the courier provides tracking information indicating the item has arrived, the refund request is void. Evidence will be required, and your co-operation with the claim process with our courier is necessary.

In cases where the item is returned to CairnsMoir Connection for any of the following reasons,  the refund price includes item price only: incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender, or similar. Important: Please note that any orders sent out that are returned to us as undelivered for whatever reason (e.g. requiring a signature, recipient not at home or address incorrect) will be returned to stock and refunded. The original postage cost will not be refunded in these cases.

Buyer Does Not Want Item
Should you change your mind about your order, CairnsMoir Connection’s operates a 'no questions asked' 
returns policy providing you return your product within 14 calendar days of the delivery of your order.
This policy is in accordance with the EU Directive on Consumer Rights UK Distance Selling Regulations.
A full refund will be given for the returned items, providing they are in their original condition. 
Please note: the product needs to be in resaleable condition - no tears or damages and accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt. Any postage costs incurred when returning your items will be at your own cost. 
Please note, we cannot offer refunds on DVDs and CDs unless still sealed. 

Returns Procedures

All returns should be securely wrapped and sent, with the original packing slip and reason for the return, to the following address: F Lettice 25 Castle Road, Newton Mearns, Glasgow, G77 6DQ

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of us receiving the item and we will contact you by email once this has been completed. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and for high value items, that you use recorded delivery.
